- A skillet of our delicious potatoes topped w/diced link sausage, melted cheeses, country sausage gravy, and 2 basted eggs.

- Country potatoes topped with Italian sausage, bell peppers, and diced onions, topped with blended cheeses, marinara sauce and basted eggs.

LUMBRE SUNSHINE

SUN-BASTED BENEDICT

BACON BENEDICT

- Same ingredients as SUN-BASTED except with thick crisp Black Label bacon in place of ham.

COUNTRY BENEDICT

- Our delicious Bacon Benedict smothered in home-made sausage gravy.

VEGETARIAN BENEDICT

- We top a toasted muffin with onions, mushrooms, zucchini & peas, cheeses, sliced tomatoes, spinach, basted eggs and rich hollandaise sauce.

BLACK BEAN BENEDICT
